Your purchase will be packed and dispatched to the address which Pay pal
provides to us in a timely manner.
Most orders are dispatched the same or next working day
but please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch unless otherwise stated in
the listing.
We use Royal Mail Services
to deliver our products within the UK depending on product value and location.
We ship every working day, Monday to Friday. We do not ship at the

weekend / bank holidays and no pickups
/collections are permitted, sorry.
Please note that heavy or multiple orders may be sent with a courier service
Courier deliveries will require a signature.

Returns

We hope you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase but in the
unlikely event that you have received the wrong item(s) or your item(s) are
defective, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. Unwanted items
must be sealed in original packaging in brand new and resalable condition. We
recommend that you contact us for a return ALSO we are unable to refund return
post costs.
